Temporary Tattoo Instructions found on the back of each pack:

1.Remove clear plastic film.

2.Place tattoo face down on desired area of cleaned skin.

3.Apply water using cloth/towel to backing paper and wait 30 seconds.

4.Peel off the backing paper.

To remove:

Use baby oil or rubbing alcohol.

DO NOT attempt to remove with water and soap.

CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY TO SENSITIVE SKIN, IN THE EYE/EYE AREA, LIP AREA, OR IF ALLERGIC TO ADHESIVE.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Glycerin, Di Propylene Glycol (DPG), Butoxytriglycol (BTG). MAY CONTAIN: Blue 1 (CI 42090), Red 28 (CI 45410), Yellow 5 (CI 19140).
